Corn Capsicum Roll is a starter recipe which can be made when there is party at your home or guests often visit your place. You can also save your time by making spring roll sheets in advance. You can store them in zip lock bags for few days. Make sure that whenever you make spring roll wrappers you do not cook them for long time, else your sheets will become hard in just 2 days.

Ingredients:
- Spring Roll Sheets - 5 sheets
- Corns - 3/4 cup (half crushed)
- Capsicum - 1/2 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chili Flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
- Maida paste - 3 teaspoon maida in 4 teaspoon water

Method:

- To make stuffing, in a bowl add corn, capsicum, cheese and all other spices mentioned above.
- You can add more chili flakes to make it spicy.
- Mix everything well and keep it aside.
- Take one sheet. At one end put stuffing in the center.
- Apply maida paste at every corner of the sheets.
- Fold it like a parcel. Look at the video for how to fold the sheets.
- Maida paste will make sheets stick well.
- Heat oil for frying.
- Deep fry corn capsicum roll on medium flame.
- Fry till it turn golden brown.
- Put it on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
- Cut it into half and serve it with ketchup.
