Moong Dosa

Moong is also known as whole green gram. Moong contains amino acid, which is not naturally available to our bodies. It also contains many antioxidants. It reduces heart diseases risk as it lowers down "BAD" cholesterol level. Moong is sometimes eaten as salad when it is sprouted.  Moong dosa is a newer version of regularly cooked moong.
