Thank you for visiting my blog. I would like to introduce me as an experimental cook. I have been cooking when i was 7 years old. In my family, there is a tradition of making girls learn cooking at a very young age. It is an old notion that girls take care of their family's nutritional health while men look after financial aspects. Luckily, my cooking journey has been fantastic. With age i realized that i enjoy making new dishes and it soon turned into my passion. Then i decided to share my recipes with all the people around the world so that foodies can connect :)

Suji or Rava is one of the favorite ingredients for health conscious people as it is easy to digest and contains less calories. There are many savory and spicy dishes made out of it. It is also called semolina in some parts. It is very tiny grain and is also used in many dishes as a crunchy agent. It has a tendency to rise when soaked. Thus it is also used to make cakes.
