Coleslaw Cold Sandwich
Coleslaw means adding mayonnaise to raw vegetables specially cabbage and carrot. It is served cold. So it is called cold sandwich. Mayonnaise is very easy to make at home. So people nowadays make it at home. You can buy a good brand of mayonnaise for your sandwich.
One tip i would like to give is that you should never eat mayonnaise alone. You should either add cream or malai to it. Mayonnaise is used in many different recipes. It adds little sweetness to any dish. Today we will see how to make coleslaw from mayonnaise and how to make a sandwich out of it.
It is served cold so it can be prepared in advance and stored in a refrigerator. So when next time you have guests at home, specially kids, do try this recipe. Your children will love it and your friends will ask for your recipe.

Ingredients:
- Cabbage (chopped) - 2 cups
- Carrot (chopped) - 2 cups
- White eggless mayonnaise - 3 tablespoon
- Malai - 3 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sugar - 3/4 teaspoon
- White bread - 6 slices
Method:
- In a bowl, add chopped cabbage and carrot.
- Then add eggless mayonnaise to it. Mix it well.
- Then add malai or cream. Mix it well.
- Now add salt, black pepper powder and sugar to it.
- Mix it well and put it in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes to make it cold.
- Take white bread, cut the edges or you can buy crustless bread or sandwich bread.
- Apply coleslaw on one slice. Do not apply a lot of coleslaw. It will not taste good.
- Cut it vertically making equal half.
- Place it into plate with some potato wafers.
- Serve cold.
