Poha Chivda
Poha Chivda is made from nylon poha. Poha is also called beaten rice in some countries. It is a light snack as it requires very little oil and it is a roasted namkeen. It can be munched in the evening instead to oily fatty food. Moreover, it can be stored for a long time in a air tight container. Let look at the method of preparing it.

- Add spices: hing, salt, turmeric powder and sesame seeds too. Mix it.
- Then add roasted poha into it. Mix it gently as poha may break.
